The Blue Sea Systems 5511E battery switch simultaneously switches two isolated battery banks or combines battery banks to all loads. In a typical application, when ON, the house battery bank is connected to the house load and the engine battery is connected to the engine, and when in the COMBINE position all batteries are connected together, for charging or emergency starting.
- Blue Sea Systems E-Series switches are rated at 350 amps continuous.
- Switches isolated battery banks to all loads or combines battery banks to all loads.
- Make-before-break contact design allows switching between battery banks without power interruption.
- Ignition protected: safe for installation aboard gasoline powered boats.
